Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Mind Sharper mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Mind Sharper is a brain training application that provides cognitive exercises and games designed to improve memory, attention, speed, logic, and other cognitive abilities. The App is intended for entertainment and educational purposes.

User Accounts and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Your progress data is stored locally on your device and may be backed up to cloud storage for data recovery purposes.

Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or activity
• Attempt to hack, crack, or circumvent any security measures

• Share or distribute your account credentials

Age Restrictions

The App is suitable for users of all ages. However, children under 13 should use the App under parental supervision. Parents are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Mind Sharper is based, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
